Participants will take singing, dancing, acting, songwriting,
performing, and instrument classes which will cultivate in a full production number on Friday!

ROCK BAND 101
Experience what it’s like to be in a rock n roll band. Students will form a band, pick a band name, learn a song, design a band logo, participate in team building exercises, meet professional musicians, take a band picture, and perform live with full sound equipment.
Participants will be placed with others according to age and ability.

GIRLS ROCK BAND CAMP
Being a girl is special, being in a girl band rocks! Girls will spend the week forming a band, learning songs, and designing a promo package. They will participate in workshops on body confidence and teamwork.They will also have a photo shoot with full make up, hair and rockin dress up clothes. They will perform a concert at the end of the week

ROCK BAND BOOT CAMP
For the intermediate and advanced player, or the already formed band, participants will “tighten” their sound, develop a solid set list, learn about proper preparation and presentation, and develop showmanship skills. Participants can expect to learn what it takes to be in a successful working band. Rehearsals will be videoed for reviewing problem areas. Participants will learn the meaning of "Musicianship" and develop their individual skills.

IT'S SHOWTIME
Participants will learn about song delivery, movement, music, dancing, and acting as pertains to music theatre. They will be exposed to various musical theatre productions, play games, learn performance techniques, rehearse and perform a musical production.

GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN
Girls will dance, sing, model, dress up, get a makeover, get a manicure, make microphones and magic wands, and well, just be girls. They will perfom a run way show at the end of the week.There is no end to the amount of fun these girls will have so register early!!!

CULTURE BUGS
Take a trip around the world with us this summer! Children will sing and dance to the native music of various cultures. The will make instruments, play games and gain an appreciation for many types of music while celebrating the diversity of children from all parts of the world.

MELODY MAKERS: FOR PRESCHOOLERS
At Stages we believe it is never too early to start your childs music education. Weekly classes taken with the child’s care giver will help each child develop confidence in their musical abilities. Children will sing, dance, play games, and make crafts, explore rhythm instruments, xylophone, piano, and guitar. Paritipants will learn basic musical concepts and have a chance to perform in front of an audience.
Weekly Class $35.00/month or $90.00/summer
GUITAR CLASS 101
Beginner students will learn the fundamentals of guitar in a fun and relaxed environment. Students will learn the parts of the guitar, how to tune their guitar, how to read tablature and play simple melodies. They will also learn basic chords, basic rhythm guitar techniques, and basic music theory. This class will prepare the students for private lessons and/or band in the fall.

GUITAR INTENSIVE
Intermediate and Advanced Students will focus on advanced chords, scales, lead guitar techniques, bending, tapping, phrasing and advanced rhythm guitar techniques

INTRO TO PERCUSSION
Students will learn basic beats and rhythm notation, improve coordination and timing, be introduced to fundamental drum skills, and learn what it takes to lead a band. They will experiment with hand drums, maracas, tambourines, and other rhythm insturments and become prepared for private lessons and or band in the fall.

KREATIVE KIDS
Students will dance and sing the songs of thier favorite music stars both independently and as a group. They will learn performance and audition techniques, improve stage presence, and gain self confidence in a non competitive atmosphere. Participants will have the opportunity to perform a concert at the end of the summer.
